With a few million they won't get far developing their own
microprocessors. A few billion perhaps.

Did they announce they would make a competing and cheap processor
which is way faster as todays processors, or did they only announce
'hardware', not to get confused with general purpose processors like
the AMD-K7 and the Intel Pentium IV?
