Sometimes affects the STANDARD rating but not the overall rating is this normal
!!!. I saw the same behavior in CM7K

YES the other two ratings are still 1600. I have played less than 20 rated
games, probably around 11 games so far. However, the same problem continued in
CM7K after I played more than 20 games.
