Just in caise my praises of CM800 could be an aditional motive for some of you guys to purchase the product, let me make a little correction: the features are really great, but there is a "minor" problem you should know; the engine does not operate as it should. It just answer instantly whatever the level of play you decide. The company already have recognized that trick happens with two levels, but in MY computer it happens with all. I insist in the word MY computer as they have said to me in email, preparing themselves to endorse the problem to me, but just in case it could also happens in YOURS computers, take that into account. Of course I apologize. I was an stupid. Or if you are caritative, I was too naive. I was so sure all was OK in the esentials that I first saw the features without trying to play a game. You know, when purchasing something, people tends to trust the product will run as expected. I should know better. So, like one of the three stooges, I praised the sound equipment of the car and announced it was Mercedes without looking under the hood to see if it had a motor. My advice is: wait the patches and even better, wait the patches to be incorporated in a new batch of CD's. I have had, along two days, this problem as a private concern dealt trought emails with john Merlino, that, BTW, has been a friendly, considerate, patient and honest guy trying to fix the mess, but then, today, I suddenly realized the damage my comments could do to innocent people because of my silence and so I felt compelled to declare publically my computer chess imbecility. The only thing I can say in my behalf is that I never said my comments were the result of a "review". I tell you all this knowing very well the cost I will pay, but that is part of my penalty. The other part are the 39 bucks now in the trash basket. Fernando
