I cannot decide myself if the update will be free of charge, and when it will be
published.
Ed Schröder will decide this. It is my wish that the update is provided for
free, and I believe Ed is not against the idea. So most probably it will be a
free update.
When it is available, I will for sure post the information here on CCC. I think
Ed will send a personal email to all customers as well.
