Hello Pichard,
Seems to me you should just be able to copy right over top of it.  If you can
get a copy of a good one.  No need to rename it.  If it is compressed on the CD
I believe there is an "extract" file that will uncompress it.  If not maybe
someone with windows ME can email you a good copy.
