I did not look at this position but I also saw this kind of behaviour. I payed attention that the absulute value of the score was 0.01*the number of plies that you need to get the draw. I am not sure if it is a bug and it may be a choice of the programmer to differentiate between positive draws and negative draws. When the distance to the repetition is big the distance to the 0 is bigger and it is logical because you can be less sure about the draw when there is a long line(Trusting long lines is more risky). Tiger does not show stupid scores of more than +1 when it is a draw like Chess system tal so I do not think that the scores are too risky(A score of +0.2 or -0.2 when the distance to draw is 20 plies does not seem to be too risky).
