Tiger considered a4 for many minutes at depth 15 but could not find a fail high
even after 30 minutes of considering a4(the score for Rc7 is 1.16 for black).

It is strange because if I tell tiger to search only a4 it can find a score of
+1.70 at depth 13 in a few minutes.

If I can compare these 2 numbers then there is no logical reason for tiger not
to see a4 at depth 15(I can understand not seeing it at smaller depthes because
of pruning when tiger used less than a minute for a4)
