It does, because Microsquash is constantly changing their dlls. There was a
radical change between IE3 and IE4.

Because the Evil Empire ChessBase is SPYING on YOU!

The REAL reason is that the "Register Nimzo" feature requires the *current*
wininet.dll -- if Microsoft would quit changing the dlls every year and stop
trying to inextricably weld IE to the Windows OS, these things wouldn't happen.
Nimzo isn't trying to access the Internet -- if that was the case, you'd only be
able to run the program while online. Mine runs just fine even with the phone
cord pulled out of the wall.
