I am not a native English speaker. I cannot understand the question "how ...?"
directly. If you are asking: How does this number look when writing it in a
"normal" way, see below.

No. It is the number one (1) followed by 120 zeroes.

Another remark: If chess should happen to be a won game for either side,
you don't have to take repetition into account for the number of
"important" positions. Here, for position, I take your definition, that a
position has an history.
