I think it's a lovely idea!
It's just like a human. Or, "human-like", to decide just as he actually makes
the next move, and not bother to wait any longer after that (for his opponents
reply). Or maybe the computer saw the twinkle in your eye and understood
everything. Why? should they pretend that they didn't understand your body
language?
  Also, perhaps you may want to continue for your own interest, so it lets you.
