Yes, I *do* have a copy of the book, and what I *HATE* about this ECM
file is that the positions are all numbered incorrectly!  Since everyone
is cleaning this up it would be nice to have the position numbers
actually be the same as what the book uses.  If I were to go through the
agony of finding out the numbers for each after you guys cut down the
number of problems in the set would people actually use the correct
numbers?
