Comet after booting into Windows ME's crippled Dos, and chewing on that position
for a half hour said Ne8:

Crafty after about 48 minutes says Ne8 too:

Junior6 after about 15 minutes says Kc6:

Comet gave up the Kc6 idea after 45 seconds.
Kc6 or Kb6 both seem ok to me, Ne8 seems like a normal move to make, it's
probably what I would do, but I have to agree that Kb5 is the best move and
black probably has the best chance of promoting a pawn with that.
