I got it to work just fine with Win98SE. I can't help you with NT, but I do know
it is "supposed" to work on NT machines. You can try contacting the author at
shane@cosc.canterbury.ac.nz and see if he can help.

One suggestion is to test if you have Tcl/Tk installed right. Perform this test
with the example apps that come with Tcl/Tk. This will tell you if the problem
is with the SCID install or the Tcl/Tk install (or both?). For help with Tcl/Tk,
go to http://dev.scriptics.com/scripting/
