I don't know, but would be suprised if it does -- because Fritz 6 was released long before Windows ME. From what I'm hearing, various application software released before Windows 2000/ME will not work correctly with those new windows versions, and you are maybe just lucky if it does. Apparently CM8000 is also in that category. This is not to assign faults, but I tend to blame Microsoft for failing to make their windows software backward compatible. WP
