I am interested to know when did Deep Blue play against Shredder4.
I know that Deep Blue and not Deep Blue Junior played only against kasparov.

Deep blue would probably rank as 9-10

Deep Blue does not play chess so I think that it's ranking is not relevant.
Bobby Fisher's ranking is not relevant for the same reason.
