i think any top 10 player would have no problems against any of these programs. My dad used to be 24** uscf. And after not playing any chess for 15 years, he still beat most of these programs. my dad would've lost a match to these programs, because he sometimes makes easy mistakes, but top grandmasters would never lose. they might've gotten only 60% because of draws, but that's if computers are lucky. computer best against me (about 2000uscf) is chessmaster. I find Fritz, Rebel, and Shredder best to play with, they seem more human, but if i play very well, it's easier to win against them. Other programs are just stupid(and i haven't played against all programs, but just those i played against). Also, chessmaster is the hardest program to pirate, while fritz is the easiest =something unique about them(but u'll see more copies of chessmaster on warez sites because it's a challenge). Human masters agree with me that all computer programs are stupid and can only be used to help them find some simple errors. fritz and rebel are all the same to them. Just like a TI 89 calculator is the smartest thing in a h.s. math class but u can't say it's better in math than a professor.
