I thought that I should mention to everyone here that I downloaded ChessMentor
2.0 and had a few problems (just in case someone else decides to do it).
After I downloaded the upgrade to ChessMentor 2.0 and ran it my computer
proceeded to crash and won't come back up. I am getting an error about a missing
dll file ("COMCTL32.DLL file cannot start") and the blue screen of death stays
up and the error msg just keeps repeating. I cannot even reinstall windows off
of my backup CD b/c my CD-ROM won't spin, so I as far as I can tell, I am
screwed. My computer is a 200 Mhz pentium MMX w/ 64M of RAM running Win95.
Also, I ran across a problem when I loaded CM onto my wifes new laptop (which
runs Windows ME). I was able to load the base program just fine, but I could not
load any supplementary modules. Got a message about a bad function call.
After today, I don't know whether to hate MSFT or ChessMentor or both.

PS: If anyone can tell me how to get my computer running without taking it in, I
would greatly appreciate it.
