Probably the winners who qualify will be the Best players who are good at chess
AND know how to combine computer play..Even a very strong GM would gain from
using computers, making the top 8 qualifers the best "advanced chess" player!

An interesting possibility is that one of the real contenders for the title say
Anand or Shirov help some weak player qualify for one of the top 8 places so
that when the "real" tournament starts it will be somewhat easier for them..
