1. Restart your computer 2. Once it restarts, immediately press "Ctrl" 3. Select "Safe Mode" 4. In Safe Mode, from "Start" menu select System Information and then Tool|File Checker System. 5. It checks to see if there is any file that may be corrupted. If one or more are found, use the File Checker System to replace them. However, if you wish to enable a thorough file checking, you may select all files, etc. in "Settings..." at lower right of the File Checker System dialog box. Hope this helps. Eran
