I understood from previous post of christophe that he plan an upgrade to tiger13
when the upgrade is going to improve both tiger13 and gambittiger.

Christophe said that the upgrade is something that he was asked to do for a long
time and someone guessed that it is tablebases.

The ssdf are going to test tiger13 and Gambittiger only after the upgrade comes.

I understood that the upgrade will be free for customers who bought tiger13.
The ssdf cannot test tiger before the upgrade and tiger after the upgrade and
I guess that it is christophe's choice that the ssdf will wait and test tiger13
and Gambittiger only after the upgrade and not before the upgrade.

You do not know which program is the strongest before testing but only after
testing.

It is not clear if Gambittiger is better than Deep Fritz before testing.
