I am simply stunned that Rebel 3.0 is rated that low. I guess unless you are produced by Chessbase, you will not have a fair shot. ChessTiger 12.0 was so strong, anything less than #1 when it was tersted would have been seen as sickening. So therefore it WAS rated #1.
