I think that they have the same procedure for all programs.
I do not know about a programmer who asked them to wait few monthes before
testing his program when they replied:
"No,we are going to test it now and we are not going to wait few monthes."

They did not continue to test a version with broken learning although there is a
patch.
When there was a patch they used the patch and only part of the games of
Gandalf4.32f is with broken learning and not the new games.
