I'm sure that, if someone can send me the format that is used for promotions from the auto232 device, then the development team can support it and it can be fixed. Multiple games will probably only be available if you use the Tournament Room in the Chessmaster GUI. I can't think of any way that this can be done otherwise with Chessmaster. jm
