Do you use more than one processor for Deep Junior.
If you do not use more than one processor than I see no reason to use Deep
Junior.

I also do not see a reason to play with Deep Fritz and also with Fritz6b.

If you want to increase Fritz's chances or Junior's chances you can play a
tournament with the following programs:

1)Deep Fritz
2)Fritz6b
3)Fritz6a
4)Fritz6(old)
5)Fritz5.32
6)Fritz5.16
7)Fritz5.03
8)Fritz5
9)Fritz4
10)Fritz3
11)Fritz2
12)Fritz1
13)Deep Junior
14)Junior6a
15)Junior6
16)Junior5
17)Junior4.6
