Hello Peter,
I'm not sure what you mean by "tournament mode".  If you mean on tournament
Levels like 40/1 hour etc then I'm sure it does affect the program.  I believe
it affects the program on all levels of play.  How much depends on selecting
"Moderate/Strong/Book" as you know.
