You wouldn't be the first person to say that.

If you do hire that guy, tell us what he can deliver in a month.  VB or Delphi?
They don't seem especially ideal.

My opinion is that he can't deliver, but good luck.  IMO, this is more difficult
than a one month's work for $1000 type of job.
