I suppose that the Strong EOC and anti GM settings plus a very fast processor could give to rebel not inmunization, but a chance to: a) behave decently in closed positions b)being capable of open them with shock tactics c) being capable of waiting without losing the game until it is open again and he can win it Well, at least to be capable of losing with some grace...
