The Pentium IV 1.4 GHz processor is in my opinion for computer chess compare with a Pentium III 1.1 GHz. Furthermore expensive and in Germany not available. Interesting are the Tyan and new ASUS or ABit boards. Furthermore the MSI board from Enrique. The Celeron Dual System is now 2 year old. I think 2 years the best offer for an chess player and not expensive. Now it`s Pentium III time :-) Best Frank > >A blessed New Year, > >Tim Frohlick > > >On December 31, 2000 at 19:52:45, Frank Quisinsky wrote: > >>Hi, >> >>the next review is ready ! >> >>Deep Fritz / Dual / SMP unter: >>http://www.gambitsoft.com/_reviews/reviews.htm >> >>Have fun ... >>OK, in German, all my Reviews are in German but we have enough translator >>programs. >> >>Best and happy new year ! >> >>Frank
