ChessPartner will let Crafty use it's own book. I have downloaded a book from Bob's site and Crafty uses it in Chesspartner with no problem. I just think that Crafty should be stuck with whatever book is provided with it as it is really a part of the program. It's just my opinion but I believe that the book is part of the program. I don't doubt that Crafty will play better with a better book. I don't doubt that almost any program can improve with a better book than they have at the moment. Jim
