Winboard is not a flashy program, it looks VERY basic, but it's very versatile, and nobody has come even close (IMO) to coming up with a replacement for it. For what it's worth, Deep Blue was interfaced through Winboard's predecessor Xboard, they both look about the same. I think Frank Quisinsky provided some good links that you should check out. Pete
