Subject: CT13 vs Fritz6a on Yahoo

I occasionally play on yahoo, and got defeated for the first time by Fritz6a.
Time was 5/5
541 Celeron 128 MB RAM
48 MB hash
CT 13 tiger book
Opponent
Fritz6a
PIII 600 Mhz Ram and hash not known.

3 Game result
CT13 .5
Fritz 6a 2.5

The only reason I drew the one game is time control.I had K+B vs K+Q.
He had a mate in two with one second left. Time ran out, game called a draw
because I had insuuficient mating material.
I played black twice (got the draw),white once(lost).

I have beaten Fritz before on much stronger processors, this match was similar
hardware and I don't understand how that could have happened.
Of course on Yahoo not everyone is always truthful, so of course I could have
been playing a different program or stronger processor, but he seemed honest?
Anyway it was humiliating and of course a very small sampling, but this guy
would have beat me all night.
