Ed Schroder said on December 6 that Rebel would run on an Intel Pentium 3 with a
speed of 866 Mhz. 4 days later he added that he is trying to get a faster
machine.
How much faster is a P4 1500 mhz than a P3 866 Mhz?
How many more rating points would it give Rebel?
