The games were cited in the book "Pawn Promotion to Bishop or Rook
in the Endgame Study" by Harold van der Heijden. I only had to
lookup the scores in the ChessBase MegaBase :-)

Van der Heijden gives a list of 27 games (1863 - 1995) with bishop
or rook promotion. There may exist some more, but nevertheless the
total number of such games is *very* samll, compared to the number
of OTB games.

If anyone is interested in this games, I can try to find them in my
databases.
