Turning on the Visual Thinking window is the same thing as checking the "Chessmaster" checkbox in the Thinking Lines window. It fires up another King engine with the Chessmaster personality. However, this will be changed with the patch, in that there will be three radio buttons added to the Visual Thinking window (much like the three checkboxes in the Thinking Lines window), which will allow you to decide which engine's output you want sent to that window.
