This is a "personality" characteristic: M-Chess plays that way, because that is MY preferred style to play against. One more point that might be considered, is that M-Chess Pro 7 plays a much greater variety of opening lines than any previous version of M-Chess, and more so than any other chess program I have ever seen. -Marty
