No, first of all TBGEN cannot create 6 men tablebases.  Even to create 5 men
tablebases you would need more than 512MB of RAM.  KRBKP for example needs 571
MB of ram.  You als need lots of time as well.

Lets try to explain, as well as I can.  As a pawn can promote to another piece,
you will need the TB for that other piece as well.  In general, one can
introduce nasty side effects when not having all tablebases of a given number of
pieces.
