um 7 men is pretty big. Apart from a lot of optimizations
you can do it's a bit less as

10 * 63 * 62 * 61 * 60 * 59 * 58 = 400G entries.

So both files would be without compression need a harddisk
of nearly a Terabyte. Or about 30 of your harddrives.

Generating that would be also needing quite a lot of RAM.
