Because the SSDF has decided to substract 100 points to ALL the programs in
order to adjust the head of the list to human ratings.
It was wrong to do it for all the programs. The bottom of the list should have
been unchanged, as it was already calibrated well IMO.
So I think that 1993 is the right rating for the MachIII.
