Maybe, but on the other hand Gambit Tiger is able to build attacks that other
programs do not understand at all. That's why Gambit Tiger performs very well
against other programs.

I have done it recently: Gambit Tiger won the French and the Dutch computer
chess championships a few weeks ago.
The Dutch championship was a "high profile" tournament. You can find more info

The page states "Chess Tiger", but it was actually Gambit Tiger that was playing
(I think I should ask Theo to correct this).
