There are few other publicly available suicide chess programs (with sources):

  There was available (with source) interesting program stalemate98 too, but its
authors retired in 1998 and I can't find it anywhere in the net (it played from
"smate" account on fics).

  As a side note, all above mentioned programs are around 600 (FICS)rating
points below top suicide chess programs, which all are privateware,
unfortunately.
