also:  asymmetry, bscale, kscale, tropism, pscale, ppscale, extensions: incheck,
onerep, pushpp, recapture, singular, threat, etc.
I'm striving to take the tedium out of adjusting these eval settings so that
it's easier to see the effect on play.  Each group of settings can be saved to a
profile with name chosen by user.

- pasting positons from clipboard to Crafty
- read / write / feed test files in Crafty format thru standard win32 file open
dialog
