You can blame chessbase for testing Deep Fritz on single CPU machine.
They claimed that Deep Fritz is better than Fritz6 on single CPU machine.

There is np claim that Deep Junior is better than Junior6 in single CPU
machine(the opposite) so there is no point in testing Deep Junior in a single
CPU machine when there is a point in testing Deep Fritz in a single CPU machine.

Crafty is tested on the same machine and there is no problem with it.

If you want to test Crafty and Deep Fritz on better machines I suggest that you
will do your tournament.

I disagree.

It is not a waste of time because customers who have only one processor need the
information.
