What I did...

I created tree-dumps in my old working code and my new broken code and then
compared the results.  I found many occurrences of 3 extra moves by the white
rook.  I checked my code and found that whenever the white pawn was being
promoted it scanned through all the moves in my movelist and if the "to" square
was a promotion square, then the rook was being promoted to a Knight, Bishop,
Rook and Queen.  I ran WAC018 to 7 plys and we both match on moves again.
