Yes, it sure is.
I stayed with Andrew during the 1998 Australian Computer Chess Championship, he
is a great guy and also extremely clever.

Apart from being the original author of Samba (awesome achievement), and doing
KnightCap (plus a cool 3D open GL interface), he has done a bunch of other stuff
including some sort of fancy file transfer utility (it uses some sort of
compression I think).
