Yes, it is possible, I use Snagit to capture the diagram from the screen, and
cut and paste to the e-mail message.  Remember also to set you e-mail as HTML,
otherwise the diagram won't be visible on the e-mail.  Snagit allows one to
capture part of the screen it is different from printscreen.  Also you could use
printscreen to capture the whole screen, then do a cut of the section you want
then paste.
