Pawn = Peón (P) (it is not included in the web site you mentioned) note the
"mark" (tilde in spanish, I do not know how it is called in
english) on top of the "o".
I hope you can see it in your terminal.
Knight = Caballo (C)
Bishop = Alfil (A)
Rook = Torre (T)
Queen = Dama (D) quite a few times you might hear "Reina" in some places, but
it is always "D". Literal tranlation of Dama is "Lady" and
Reina is "Queen".
King = Rey (R)
My mother tongue is spanish and I was born, raised and learned to play
chess in Argentina, so this might be the only time I am sure what I am talking
about in this forum :-)
