Christophe, I tend to think 1 min/game would make the game closer.
What is the rating for Chess Tiger? ... In the past I played my Psion
1.01 (6 sec/move) against the  RS 1650 (Level 3,4 & 5) and the Psion
would win.
This was back in 1988 when I had my first pc, an 8088 cpu.
But like you said before, anything can happen.
