Subject: No ratings from ICC

I always get the rating numbers 0 0 (white and black) from ICC/Winboard into my
program Terra. Here is an extract from the WinBoard.debug file:

The row with 'Creating;' ....   doesn't seem to be healthy and the rating 0 0 in
the last line is not ok.
Does anybody know what this is?
