Hi Garry, do you know any human who computes millions of positions before he moves ? Humans play different, more strategic, more in patterns... Software is different, it gets its strength out of speed... Compared to a GM their knowledge is very limited... From this point I think it is very impressive what our days software can do on these days hardware... But how they achieve their strength is different from everything, humans do, IMO... And yes, you are right, sometimes it looks very human... :) Greets, Thomas
