Argentinians speak the very best Spanish I heard, and in my opinion
Latin-Americans in general speak and write much better Spanish than we
Spaniards. It is truly impressive, and has also been studied and commented, how
precisely and beautifully the peasants of Nicaragua, for instance, explained
their experiences and feelings after a natural disaster, and how poorly average
Spaniards mumble TV Spanish. It's not only Borges, no.
